I am regularly involved as an Expert Witness in litigation relating to infestation, having written numerous Expert Reports, participated in meetings of Experts, and given evidence in Court on several occasions in the UK, and in the USA. I have been a practising member of the Academy of Experts since 1994, and have undertaken Witness Familiarisation training.

Examples of recent Expert Witness roles include:

  • Report on infestation sources and pest prevention measures, in food contamination case.
  • Investigate and review infestation and pest prevention measures, in confectionery contamination case.
  • Carry out survey of housing block and propose causes and remedies, in rodent infestation case.
  • Carry out survey of housing block and propose remedies, in ghost ant infestation case.
  • Investigate and report on case involving bedbugs on a cruise ship.
  • Carry out site surveys, review records, and report on case involving bedbug infestation in hotels.
  • Carry out site surveys, review records and make recommendations in case involving fly infestation associated with poultry farm.
  • Carry out site surveys, review records, and make recommendations in case involving a waste recycling facility.
  • Conduct site surveys, review records and make recommendations, in case involving flies associated with a landfill site and green waste facility.
  • Review records and test data, and report on case involving disputed insecticide advertising claims.
  • Carry out site surveys and report on case involving insect infestation in newly built domestic property.
  • Review records and evidence, conduct tests, and report on findings, in suspected pesticide safety incident.
